Shipping
• We currently ship within Qatar, Bahrain, and the United Arab Emirates.
• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Delivery time may vary by location but usually takes 2–7 business days.
• You will receive a confirmation message with tracking details once your order is shipped.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.
Returns & Exchanges
• Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on lip glosses or cosmetic items.
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
• All return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
