No Refunds on Cosmetics

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds on lip gloss or cosmetic products unless the item is damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a full refund if the claim is approved.

 

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

• We may ask for the product to be returned before issuing a refund, depending on the case.

 

Non-Refundable Items

• Lip gloss or any cosmetic item that has been opened or used

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Sale or clearance items
